"September Storm" (9x12)
The Story:
It rains every afternoon here in September. Like clockwork, we watch the sky begin to go overcast, heavy rain clouds come tumbling in and sheets of rain appear to be moving quickly towards you like a solid piece of glass. It’s beautiful. Often times sunlight still streaks through the dark clouds while the rain pours out of them. The whole performance last for only a few minutes, then it clears away as though rain was never on the forecast at all that day. I used to race the rain clouds as a child when I saw them rolling towards me while I played outside. Sometimes my adult self still wants to do that. Maybe I should… Maybe I will…
The Details:
9x12 acrylic on canvas panel
Comes framed in a 10.5 x 13.5 x 2” maple wood floater frame
Wired and ready to hang
