"Quick Detour" (10x10)
The Story:
The dreaded detour. It takes you off your route, through streets you wouldn’t normally take to get to your destination and often has you lost and turned around, irritated at the delay caused in your trip. However, sometimes detours help you discover the new within the familiar. This particular detour allowed me to discover a pasture I’d never seen before. It was a picturesque farmland scene right out of a story book. I can’t remember how to get back to this place. But I have the memory of it, and this painting.
